Overview

Crandall University is a small liberal arts university located in Moncton, New Brunswick. Founded in 1949, it was named the United Baptist Bible Training School and served as both a Bible school and a secondary educational institution. Over the decades, the university's focus shifted more toward post-secondary programs. The Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada operate the university with a mission of “Transforming lives through quality education that is firmly rooted in the Christian faith.”

With the outstanding teamwork of the dedicated faculty, staff, administrators, and Board members, Crandall University can have a student-centred approach focusing on learning rather than just delivering information. The university offers several undergraduate and graduate programs in the sciences, liberal arts, and professional studies.  There are various certificate programs, and all the study programs at the university are aimed at the holistic development of the students, including spiritual, social, intellectual, mental, and physical well-being.

Services for International Students

The students at Crandall University can go through the Viewbook-International Students to get all the relevant information they will need to come and settle at Crandall. Student and university-initiated clubs and societies foster informal learning, friendship, and relationships with faculty members.

On-campus employment opportunities at the University provide students with a means to earn income to offset their education costs. This arrangement also helps students gain mentored work experience, giving them greater clarity about their life direction.
