Georgian College was founded in 1967 and is home to 10,000 full-time students and over 4,000 international students
from over 80 countries.

At Georgian College you can study full-time programs, degrees, graduate certificates and apprenticeships. The College also works with industry and community partners to offer relevant, cutting-edge curriculum, quality work placements and co-op experiences with top employers.

In total there are 130+programs across a wide variety of disciplines and 550 articulation and transfer agreements that fast-track grads into further education. The College also provides awards, scholarships and bursaries to students of all levels and ability.

Georgian has one of the highest graduate employment rates among Ontario colleges, with over 85% of their alumni finding work within six months of graduation.

Residences in Barrie, Orillia and Owen Sound are managed by Campus Living Centres – student housing experts – and offer everything you need to make your college experience fun and safe. Each one is different, but all include private bedrooms with double beds, shared kitchens and bathrooms, as well as high-speed internet or Wi-Fi.

The Georgian College International Homestay program provides exciting opportunities. Students can experience a Canadian lifestyle and establish relationships within the community.
