Northern Lights College, established in 1975, has five campuses across 324,000 square kilometres. The College is a British Columbia College member, which is a group of 11 institutions across the British Columbia province.

Northern Lights College is located in the Peace River region where you can study in one of the most picturesque areas of Canada.

Northern Lights College is known for its association with industries, employees, policymakers and communities, which help students monetize the market opportunities. Accommodation

Dawson campus has two wings and can accommodate 190 students. There are 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom options, and each room has a bed, bookshelves, computer station, dresser, chair, telephone, internet, fridge, stove, microwave, table, chair, washer, vacuum cleaner.  Fort St. John campus can accommodate 102 students and has 1 or 2 bedroom options with similar facilities.

About Location

There are five campuses at the Northern Lights College:

  • Dawson Creek Campus: Dawson Creek city is home to BC Peace River, the region's largest centre. It has a new South Peace Community Multiplex. 
  • Tumbler Ridge Campus: The city of Tumbler Ridge is a UNESCO Global Geopark and has a famous paleontological research centre.
  • Chetwynd Campus: Chetwynd Town is in the foothills of the Rocky Mountain and just an hour away from Dawson Creek. This campus supports full-time and part-time students in various programs. 
  • Fort Nelson Campus: Fort Nelson town is the largest in the Northern Rockies Regional District and the campus is the third largest in NLC. The campus offers various facilities, services and courses to the students to make them eligible for working in oil/gas or other industries. 
  • Fort St. John Campus: Fort St. John city lies in the oil and gas industry's heart, 47 miles from the Alaskan highway, and hence known as the Energetic city. Over 1800 students are hosted by the campus every year. It is a soothing area with greenery, internet access, a bookstore and city transit.
