Established in 1969, Lambton College is a public university in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. There are over 10,000 students enrolled at the college, and approximately 35% are overseas students.

Lambton College offers more than 70 programmes, including apprenticeships, academic upgrading, postgraduate, part-time, and training programmes. According to the latest rankings, Lambton is the No. 1 research college in Canada for the number of paid student research positions at a medium-sized college and No. 1 in the province for research partnerships at a medium-sized college.

Accommodation

Overseas students can opt for both short- and long-term accommodation alternatives. There are around 140 shared rooms available at Lambton with two beds and an attached bathroom in each. The rooms are furnished and come with utilities and internet access.

Classrooms are just a five-minute walk from the institution's on-campus housing facility. Several shopping centres, dining establishments, movie theatres and public transportation options are close by.

About Location

Although Lambton College's main campus is in Sarnia, Ontario, it also operates campuses for international students in Mississauga and Toronto.

Places of interest in Sarnia are the Stones ‘N Bones Museum, the Canatara Park, the Imperial Theatre, and the Bayshore Park. Students can easily travel to places such as Wyoming, Parkhill and Petrolia by bus or taxi.
