Niagara College, also known as the Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology, was founded in 1967 and is located in Toronto in the Southern part of Ontario.

Students applying to Niagara College can study for graduate certificate programs and diplomas from more than 130 courses. The College also offers training programs, apprenticeships and bachelor’s degrees.

10,500 domestic and international students (from 60 countries) are pursuing Niagara College courses. Students can take up various degree competition programs, collaborating with famous universities such as Sanda University, China, Niagara University, New York State, and the University of Santo Tomas, Chile, along with other universities in Ontario.

Niagara College also offers scholarships to eligible international students, with an annual fund of CAD 500,000 available.

The Niagara College international student services team can help students out with a variety of issues which may arise while studying at the College.

The College provides an orientation program for all the students to equip them with the information and knowledge needed to get them acclimatised. Students are also assisted with all visa and immigration issues, including study permits, visa renewals, and work permits. The University provides airport pick-ups for students from Toronto Pearson Airport in Toronto, Ontario.

Niagara College helps international students improve their English levels by providing them with English for Academic preparation courses.

Niagara College has one campus located on the lake in Niagara, with its sister campus in Welland in the southern province of Ontario. The town centre of Welland is a 5 mins drive from the campus in Ontario, whilst Seaway mall and Value Village are located near the YMCA Niagara Centre.
