Concordia University was founded in 1974 and is the second largest anglophone university in Quebec. The University has two campuses in Downtown Montreal and Quebec's west end and is Canada's Best University under 50-years old (THE Young University Rankings).

Concordia is home to state of the art facilities, world class teaching teams and studios to complement your learning. 85% of Concordia graduates are employed within six months of graduation. Students can choose from 200 undergraduate and graduate courses.

Located in Montreal, with a low cost of living and plenty to do away from your studies, Concordia will see you grow as a learner while studying here. Services for International Students

Concordia University provides student support via library resources, IT Support, and experiential learning. The orientation at Concordia University has five stages - Prepare, Discover, Connect, Start, and Explore. In a year, the orientation takes place twice - during fall and winter. It gives students an opportunity to know each other better and understand the university as an academic institute and what it offers.

At Concordia University, students get a chance to improve their English Language skills by attending live classes online from Monday to Friday.

Accommodation

Five residence facilities are available for international students at Concordia University - Grey Nuns Residence, EVO Residence, Loyola Residence, Mildore Residence, and YMCA Residence. Concordia has residences on both campuses, and they are all gender-inclusive.

According to the type of room and meal plans, international students can book their room in advance once their admission is confirmed. Though, the university does not provide any assurance of accommodation. Some resident locations are right in the city centre.

About Location

Concordia University has two campuses in Canada; one in Downtown Montreal and the second in Quebec's west end. A student living in the heart of Montreal can visit Mount Royal Park, Barbie Expo, Montreal Botanical Garden, Jean-Talon Market, and Notre-Dame Basilica.

Also, there are five nearby airports near Concordia University - Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec, Montreal St. Hubert, and Burlington. From these airports, the students can take airport shuttles, cabs/taxis, and local buses to reach Concordia University campuses.
